Healing Hikes are a focused and facilitated time for reflection while drawing on an even deeper connection to nature and oneself. Hikes are facilitated with a grounding ceremony, acknowledgement of the elements, and a silent meditative walk on the trail.
The Process
We will begin by watching the sunrise. Then, a grounding and clearing with sage smudging will begin our ceremony. As we gather we will welcome each other, acknowledge the elements around us, request to walk on the land for purposes of healing and receiving messages, and a silent meditative walk on the trail will begin. The group will occasionally stop while walking to gain a sense of processing and guidance with coaching. I facilitate this group coaching session so that you can best utilize nature is your tool and your guide for whatever it is you need to move through.
