Demonstrate competency in active and deep listening practices by accurately reflecting content, emotions, and values during structured peer coaching interactions.
3. Apply Curiosity-Based Coaching Questions
Learning Objective:
Apply curiosity-centered, non-judgmental questioning techniques to replace evaluative responses and support perspective-taking and transformational dialogue.
4. Practice Presence-Based Awareness

Identify and name emotional, relational, and somatic cues in self and others to support present-moment awareness and ethical, trauma-informed leadership.
